From a fragile WordPress site to a component-driven Next.js website for a MarTech consultancy

The challenge

The live WordPress homepage showed a different hero slider from the one the client had approved in the editor.

A theme, page-builder and plugin stack made the site hard to maintain, extend and keep consistent.

The firm's growing range of services needed a modern, fast, enterprise-grade web presence.

What Robral built

  1. Phase 1: traced the issue to the homepage pointing at a duplicate slider instance, and reconnected the approved version without a redesign.

  2. Refined the brand identity, with colour palette, typography and gradient, while keeping the original logo concept.

  3. Designed a Figma design system of reusable heroes, cards, grids, comparison tables and CTAs.

  4. Phase 2: rebuilt the site in Next.js and React with Framer Motion animation, Firebase and Cloudflare.
