The challenge
Operations depended on offline coordination and notes managed in Excel.
A plugin-heavy WordPress site was unstable and could not support online exams at scale.
Students had no central portal for courses, tests, evaluation and mentorship.
What Robral built
Migrated off WordPress to a cloud-native stack: React, Nest.js and PostgreSQL on AWS.
Built the LMS, notes portal, hard-copy order management, prelims test portal and mains answer-evaluation portal.
Designed an evaluator hierarchy, a mentorship portal, payments, notifications, blogs and SEO.
Delivered in phases, then expanded the platform through continuous enhancement cycles.
- 99.8%platform uptime during exam season, up from 65.4%
- 40%higher platform engagement in just a month
- 2.5×increase in course completions
- 10+integrated portals and modules
Outcomes
- A move from offline and manual operations to one digital academic platform.
- Reliable concurrent examinations: uptime improved from 65.4% to 99.8% through exam season.
- 40% higher platform engagement in the first month and a 2.5× increase in course completions.
- Data-driven tracking of student performance.
- A relationship that grew phase by phase, from core LMS to mentorship and ongoing support.
“We were spending a lot on multiple SaaS tools and still things were not streamlined. Data, tests, content, payments—everything was scattered. Robral helped us move everything into one custom system built for our needs. Today, we are no longer dependent on external platforms and our operations are much smoother and cost-effective. The team is responsive and solution-oriented.”
