The challenge

Day-to-day operations ran across disconnected tools, creating friction as the business expanded.

An ageing CodeIgniter backend and a native Android-only app limited new features and scale.

Leads, appointments, staff attendance and payroll had no single, shared view.

What Robral built

  1. Re-platformed the backend to Laravel and rebuilt the apps in Flutter, giving one codebase for Android and iOS.

  2. Built connected CRM and ERP modules: lead management, appointments, customer lifecycle, payroll and attendance.

  3. Added reporting dashboards that give leadership a single view across the business.

  4. Ran milestone tracking with bi-monthly reviews and direct founder-level alignment on workflows.
