The challenge
The founder's vision spanned privacy computing, secure communications, crypto and DeFi, financial strategy and education.
It was highly conceptual, with no defined product, audience journey or visual language.
The public experience had to educate and build credibility without promising access, functionality or timelines.
What Robral built
Worked directly with the founder to understand the concept, its terminology and the business model behind it.
Did cross-domain research into Linux security environments, Tor, Tails, PGP encryption workflows, and crypto and DeFi concepts.
Designed a layered product architecture: a public, education-first surface, with deeper private layers phased for later.
Shaped the manifesto, narrative sections and a game-inspired interface direction, then built the first HTML/CSS web surface.
Outcomes
- A vague, multi-domain idea turned into a structured product narrative the founder could present.
- A credible public web presence, delivered before any costly deeper build.
- A phased roadmap that keeps deeper functionality open without overcommitting capital.
