The challenge

Clients struggle to find the right verified CA firm for a specific financial or compliance problem.

CA firms need a steady flow of both client work and articleship talent, but the two live in separate places.

Existing options are mostly static directories, with no matching, workflow or outcome tracking.

What Robral built

  1. Built the portal: role-based workspaces for clients, CA firms, students and admins, with JWT authentication.

  2. Career flow: firms post articleships for admin approval, and students apply, get shortlisted or rejected, and track status.

  3. Services flow: clients raise service requests, firms respond with priced, time-bound quotes, and duplicate quoting is blocked.

  4. Designed the AI layer: natural-language intake, service classification, best-fit firm matching and a professional copilot, with humans always in the loop.
